Full Refund — Eligible Cases
- Application rejected by government portal due to a technical issue on our end
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- We are unable to process the application within 7 working days
No Refund — Ineligible Cases
- Application rejected due to incorrect or fake documents submitted by client
- Client changed mind after application was submitted to government portal
- Delay caused by client not providing correct documents on time
Refund Process
