Full Refund — Eligible Cases

  • Application rejected by government portal due to a technical issue on our end
  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • We are unable to process the application within 7 working days

No Refund — Ineligible Cases

  • Application rejected due to incorrect or fake documents submitted by client
  • Client changed mind after application was submitted to government portal
  • Delay caused by client not providing correct documents on time
