1. Nature of Service

UdyamHelper.com is a private consultancy service. We assist individuals and businesses with the preparation and submission of Udyam MSME and GeM registration applications. We are not an official government portal and are not affiliated with the Government of India.

2. Consultancy Fee

Our fees are for consultancy services only. Government registration itself is free. Our fee covers expert assistance, document verification, application filing, and support.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine information. Submitting false or forged documents is a criminal offence under Indian law. UdyamHelper bears no liability for applications rejected due to incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Processing Time

We aim to process applications within 24–48 working hours. Processing time may vary depending on government portal availability and document completeness.

5. Limitation of Liability

UdyamHelper shall not be liable for: (a) government portal downtime; (b) application rejections due to client-provided incorrect information; (c) delays caused by government processing; (d) any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
